Premier Fresh signs stone fruit deal with Montague Farms

Premier Fresh Australia has announced a new international stone fruit marketing agreement with Montague Farms, expanding its global fresh produce trading network.

Under the agreement, Premier Farms International (PFI), a joint venture between Premier Fresh Australia, Cutri Fruit, and Camera Group, will act as the sub-licensee for Montague's Nectara, Montague Tree, Croc Egg, and Donut Peach brands and varieties.

The partnership will integrate Montague's premium varieties into Premier's international portfolio. With both companies maintaining established global networks, the collaboration aims to grow export market share by reaching additional customers and markets.

"There is a generational history between the Di Pietro and Montague families, and the formation of this partnership is an extremely exciting announcement. The experience and professionalism of our International team, led by GM Frank Frappa, ensures the partnership is set up for success," said Premier Chief Commercial Officer Dean Gall.

"Premier Farms International and Montague are committed to delivering premium Australian-grown fruit to the world. By combining our growing expertise with their export capability, we can ensure the Montague brands continue to stand for quality, flavour, and innovation on the global stage," said Montague Chief of Growth and Sales Scott Montague.
