Global Auditing Manager – Fresh Produce Supply Chain
We are looking for an experienced Global Auditing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving food safety, ethical trade, and sustainability standards across an international supply base. You will ideally be based in Africa or Europe and have a passion for travel.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading supplier audits worldwide – covering food safety, ethical trade, and environmental compliance.
  • Auditing against major UK retailer standards (Tesco, M&S, JS, and more).
  • Managing a global audit schedule, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
  • Supporting suppliers with corrective actions, training, and long-term improvements.
  • Preparing sites for high-profile retailer audits and visits.
  • Carrying out ethical trade, human rights, and risk assessments for high-risk suppliers.
  • Building strong supplier and stakeholder relationships across the globe.
  • Investigating serious issues, driving root cause analysis and sustainable improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong track record in food safety & ethical compliance auditing, ideally in fresh produce.
  • Knowledge of UK & international standards (food safety, integrity, ethical trade, human rights).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – with the ability to turn findings into sustainable improvements.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities globally.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Arabic language would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

This is a high-impact global role where you’ll be at the centre of ensuring responsible sourcing, compliance, and ethical standards for some of the UK’s leading retailers.

If you’re passionate about food safety, ethical trade, and building a sustainable supply chain, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact Luan on +44 1780 480530 or e mail [email protected]
