Within its agricultural machinery division, the company focuses on the development of durable, high-efficiency components—such as disk blades, harrow assemblies, and wear-resistant systems—serving OEMs and tier-1 suppliers worldwide.
Candidate Profile
- Expert with 5+ years in a technical or production leadership role within the agricultural blade or wear-part manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of materials, forging, heat treatment, and surface technology applied to high-durability components.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing disk blade production lines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Chinese language is a plus but not required.
- Availability for on-site collaboration in China or ability to work remotely with occasional travel.
Responsilibilities
Technical Development & Innovation
- Lead the full-cycle development of disk blades and their assemblies.
- Define key production parameters and innovate tooling/fixture solutions.
- Develop and industrialize advanced heat treatment and wear-resistant coating processes (e.g., alloy surfacing).
- Standardize technical processes for large-scale manufacturing.
Production Setup & Operational Leadership
- Design and implement production lines for disk blade manufacturing.
- Set up and optimize equipment configurations and process flow.
- Lead a team of 16 technicians/operators, ensuring productivity and quality targets.
- Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing performance through root cause analysis and lean methodology.
