Job description
Assistant Procurement in our Amsterdam purchase office - Plantes Pour Tous / Planten Voor Iedereen
Working with the Purchasing department, you will be involved in the supply of our Garden Center & Events, collaborating with suppliers from the Netherlands and other countries.
Missions
To assist the purchasing team in the supply of our garden centers in Paris.
To interact and follow up with our suppliers and partners.
Main tasks
Stock Management
● Monitoring stocks in order to re-order
● Monitoring flows of trolleys: Inventory and keeping track of the balance per location.
● Transport & logistics
● Managing the person in charge of our warehouse
Procurement
● Assisting in Plant orders - in our parisian stores
● Sourcing of our assortment and visit growers
● In charge of importing all order forms in our erp software.
● Working on administration of purchases
Data Analysis
● Gathering sales data and analysis following marketing operations in stores and events
Requirements
Candidates must have higher education (HBO/MBO/ HO) and at least 2 years of experience in a previous company.
Proficiency with IT tools such as Office and Google Suite, as well as familiarity with management and ERP integration software, is highly desirable.
We seek autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic individuals who have a strong sense of priorities, are comfortable working in a team, and possess logistical aptitude.
Great opportunity to discover and understand the plant industry, visit growers, and be part of the all logistic chain from the growers to the customers in stores.
Interest in plants would be highly appreciated.
Fluency in English and B1 level in French is required.

Salary: 2000- 2500€ brutto / month
