Green Factory, a Polish producer in the vegetable, salad, and fresh convenience food sector, has finalised the acquisition of three Eisberg companies from Bell Food Group in Poland, Hungary, and Romania. Following regulatory approval, the companies are now part of Green Holding Group, to which Green Factory belongs. With this acquisition, the company's revenue is projected to exceed €300 million (PLN 1.3 billion).

The expansion strengthens Green Factory's presence in 12 countries across the Central and Eastern European region. The company now operates eight factories and employs more than 1,500 people.
Green Factory, part of the Green Holding Capital Group, has been active for nearly three decades. Its operations include farming in Poland and Italy through Green Crops, hydroponic cultivation via Smart Vegetables Innovations, and logistics under the GFL brand. The group also manages Fit&Easy and Primavega brands and supplies retailers, foodservice operators, and McDonald's.
According to Artur Rytel, owner and CEO of Green Holding, the transaction represents a further step in the company's growth within the region, particularly in fresh vegetables, lettuce mixes, and ready-to-eat salads. Michał Wólczyński, Green Factory CEE CEO, said the acquisition is in line with the company's growth strategy of scaling operations while seeking opportunities in new markets and technologies.
The Eisberg plants in Legnica (Poland), Gyál (Hungary), and Pantelimon (Romania) will be integrated into Green Factory's operations. This follows previous acquisitions in Ukraine, Lithuania, and Hungary. The company stated that the combined operations will enable it to offer a wider product portfolio, greater flexibility, and strengthened supply security.
