A.H. Worth names Matt Walton Fosdyke managing director

A.H. Worth has appointed Matt Walton as Managing Director of its Fosdyke site and vegetable farms, effective from the beginning of October.

Walton previously served as Managing Director of Branston Ltd and was part of A.H. Worth until 2024. In his new role, he will be responsible for the group's produce farming and production operations across the UK, Spain, and Italy.

Alongside this appointment, Alex Boughton will take on a revised role as Managing Director of A.H. Worth & Company. He will lead the group's central support functions, including people and finance, its arable farming operations, and the development of the property portfolio. His responsibilities also cover overseeing new growth and diversification initiatives.

The company stated that the new structure is intended to provide clearer leadership across its core farming and production operations while giving strategic development and diversification plans greater focus.
