Profitability
Group profitability was stable year-on-year. Europe recorded lower profitability due to weaker private label sales and competition from Chinese imports, though branded activities such as Bonduelle and Cassegrain performed well. Non-Europe operations improved by €10.9 million (US$11.7 million) on a like-for-like basis, driven by higher margins in the Americas and Eurasia. Group-wide efficiency programs and cost management contributed, while marketing investment increased by 8 per cent.

Including non-recurring items of -€10.8 million (US$11.6 million), mainly linked to U.S. logistics optimizations and restructuring costs, operating income stood at €73.0 million (US$78.2 million), compared with -€56.4 million (US$-60.4 million) the previous year. Net income from continuing operations was €19.7 million (US$21.1 million), or 0.9 per cent of sales, compared with -€108.1 million (US$-115.7 million) in 2023/24.

Discontinued operations
Following disposals of its packaged salad businesses in Germany (March 2025) and France (July 2025), results from these activities were recorded as discontinued operations, totaling -€31.2 million (US$-33.4 million). The group's consolidated net income for 2024/25 was -€11.5 million (US$-12.3 million), compared with -€119.8 million (US$-128.3 million) the previous year.

Outlook
For 2025/26, Bonduelle targets current operating profitability of €90 million (US$96 million) on a like-for-like basis, supported by branded sales growth, improved agro-industrial performance, and cost control measures.
