SVZ to integrate Netra Agro fruit operations

SVZ has confirmed that it will fully integrate its tropical fruit ingredient brand, Netra Agro, into its main portfolio. Netra Agro has operated as a specialised subsidiary for almost 30 years, supplying tropical fruit ingredients such as individually quick frozen (IQF) fruit pieces, purees, and concentrates.

The integration, already underway, is expected to be completed by early 2026. According to SVZ, the move will consolidate operations and ensure continuity of service for customers.

Netra Agro's portfolio includes mango, banana, and pineapple products, and the company also brings expertise in the transport of tropical fruit. Once the process is complete, SVZ will act as a single-source provider for a wider range of fruit and vegetable ingredients.

SVZ stated that existing Netra Agro customers will retain access to the same service while also benefiting from expanded procurement, production, and distribution capacity.

The company said further updates on the integration process will be shared as it progresses.
