The 2025 blueberry season in Ukraine has been marked by a price decline, returning to levels similar to last year, according to local producers.
Bogdan Bodnar, director of Organic Garden LLC in the Lviv region, noted in the article that the price situation this season is unclear. While the prices of most berries have increased, blueberries have not followed the same trend.
Local markets and domestic traders continue to purchase the berries, which are noted for their premium quality. Bodnar added that the blueberries may also be present in other retail chains, but not under the company's brand.
Organic Garden LLC is currently developing contacts and partners to organize export shipments of Ukrainian organic blueberries. Bodnar explained that the company's current volumes are not yet sufficient for European traders. To meet export requirements, a batch of at least 14–16 tonnes within a few days would be needed, which is not achievable at this time.
