WAEF2023 Volunteer Instruction

• WAEF2023 welcomes you to join our volunteer team.  There are various roles you can take in our international team consisting of professional and passionate colleagues.  You will be given responsibility and make good contribution and impact through your work in this global event consisting of 4 summits and 1 Pre-Conference!  

• We are mainly looking for volunteers who have dedicated time and good sense of responsibility to join the team. You need to have certain good skills, experiences and qualification related to the work below with us. 

  • Translation (written or oral)
  • Marketing (graphic design, social media, website/newsletter)
  • Event communication coordination
  • Technical support (Zoom or other tools/platforms)
  • Editorial assistant (coordination with authors, proofreading)
