Agroberries unveils new identity after BerryWorld acquisition

AgroBerries has announced a brand refresh, one year after its acquisition of BerryWorld Group in 2024. The company stated that the updated identity aims to reflect its expanded global footprint and align AgroBerries, BerryWorld, and its fresh-cut division, PrepWorld, under a unified visual approach.

Jorge Varela, Co-Founder and Global CEO of AgroBerries, said: "This new shared identity reinforces our position as one global group, one team with one shared vision. It provides a positive platform for future growth, uniting our divisions across the entire value chain."

The update also coincides with a milestone for Poupart Imports, which marks 130 years in the produce industry. The Poupart logo has been revised to align with the AgroBerries Group, and the company will now trade under the name Poupart 1895.

The rebranding will be presented at Fruit Attraction in Madrid from September 30 at Hall 9, Stand 9F04, where the AgroBerries divisions will exhibit together under the new identity and highlight the anniversary of Poupart Imports.
