Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Located: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
To lead international sales, expand exports, and align commercial strategies across regional markets. The CCO will report to the Group CEO and will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Export & Market Development:
Lead export strategy across key Asian markets, grow the international customer base, and strengthen partnerships with importers, distributors, and retail chains. - Go-to-Market Execution:
Align products, pricing, and distribution with local market needs; support country General Managers in local execution. - Sales & Customer Management:
Drive group revenue targets, oversee commercial reviews, and implement structured key account management. - Operational Execution:
Collaborate across production and logistics to ensure smooth export operations; optimize distribution, logistics costs, and margins. - Team Leadership:
Build and lead a strong commercial team; foster a customer-focused, data-driven culture.
Profile
- 15+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in agriculture, horticulture, or floriculture, with cross-border responsibilities.
- Proven success in international sales, key account management, and business growth.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; open to frequent regional travel.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and team leadership in multicultural contexts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage global stakeholders.
