Dalat Hasfarm, part of Hasfarm Holdings, is Asia’s leading producer of flowers from tropical highland regions. With five farms covering over 200 hectares in Vietnam, the company grows and supplies cut flowers, potted plants, and young plants across the Asia-Pacific region. Key crops include chrysanthemums, lisianthus, lilies, roses, alstroemerias, and summer flowers.
Hasfarm Holdings also operates production facilities in China and Indonesia, with distribution businesses in Japan (cut flowers) and Europe (young plants). Dalat Hasfarm is a pioneer in sustainable crop protection through its Bio-Pro initiative and has recently expanded into greenhouse-grown vegetables and berries, produced under high safety and quality standards. The company employs 4,000 people in Vietnam.
On behalf of Dalat Hasfarm Agri Recruitment is looking for a driven and motivated
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead its Vietnam operations into the next stage of growth and transformation. The CEO will have full responsibility for business strategy, operations, and P&L, with 10 direct reports.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a dynamic, results-driven individual with proven experience across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader who fosters a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement while honoring the company’s core values.
The CEO will maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, employees, and investors. They will be responsible for bridging Hasfarm’s traditional strengths with modern business practices, ensuring long-term value creation. The CEO reports directly to the Group CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a business plan for growth and market leadership in Vietnam.
- Align local operations with the group’s global strategy and local market dynamics.
Business Development
- Drive market expansion, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships (customers, partners, suppliers).
Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient, high-quality operations aligned with global standards.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Team & Talent Development
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent; ensure succession planning.
P&L Ownership
- Full responsibility for Vietnam P&L, revenue, and profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Profile
- Proven leadership as CEO, GM, or senior executive.
- 10+ years in floriculture/agriculture/horticulture.
- International experience managing cross-border, multi-market teams.
- Strong P&L and operational excellence track record.
- Visionary, action-oriented, and results-driven.
- Culturally aware, able to inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and values-driven leader.
