Asia Fruit Logistica 2025 ticket sales close 29 August

Asia Fruit Logistica 2025 will return to AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong from 3 to 5 September, featuring a wide range of exhibitors, forums, and networking opportunities. Tickets for Asia Fruit Logistica 2025 are available online until 29 August 2025 (midnight, Hong Kong time). Purchasing online offers up to 40% savings compared to onsite rates and avoids queuing at the venue.

More than 760 exhibitors from 43 countries and regions are expected to participate, including 26 national and regional pavilions. A new "first timer" pavilion will also showcase companies debuting at the event.

Both programmes are filling up fast, with over 300 leading retail buyers and over 700 premium buyers registered – all ready to meet and do business.

The programme begins on 2 September with the welcome evening at the Rosewood Hotel, co-hosted with wholesale market partners Guangzhou Jiangnan Agricultural Group and Shanghai Huizhan Fruit and Vegetable Market, alongside knowledge partner Asiafruit Magazine. Around 800 industry representatives are expected to attend.

Business and networking opportunities
The trade show is expected to attract buyers and visitors from across the global fresh produce value chain. The retailer's club and premium buyers programmes will both return this year, with more than 1,000 buyers already registered.

Knowledge sessions
The knowledge centre will host a three-day content programme, with sessions across three streams: Asiafruit Congress, Asiafruit Business Forum, and Asiafruit Showcase. More than 50 speakers are scheduled to discuss topics such as market development, logistics, and post-harvest technology.

To mark the 30th anniversary of Asiafruit Magazine, the opening congress session will review three decades of changes in Asia's fresh produce trade and future developments. Speakers include Konna Mu (Joy Wing Mau Group), Marc Evrard (Belgian Fruit Valley), Felipe Casanova (Copefrut), and Steve Quinn (Pivit Global).

At the business forum, Paul Slupecki (Tomra Food) and Roland Wirth (Softripe-Frigotec) will present applications of artificial intelligence in produce handling, while Steve Alaerts (Foodcareplus Logistics) will lead a session on the supply chain of the future.

The showcase will include presentations from Alfred Tew (IBA Industrial Asia Pacific) on irradiation food treatment technology and José Luis Gereda (ProGranada) on Peru's growth as a pomegranate supplier to China.

New forums
For the first time, the event will feature a frozen fruit and vegetables forum and a nuts and dried fruit forum. On day one, Bernando Muñoz (Promperú) and Ivy Wang (Oxford Frozen Foods) will discuss global supply trends in the frozen produce sector. On day two, Sumit Saran (SS Associates) and Col Nitin Sehgal (Nuts & Dry Fruits Council) will highlight opportunities in the Indian nuts and dried fruit market.
