Asia Fruit Logistica's China Meet Up will return for its second edition on 8–9 September 2025 at the Haizhu International Convention & Exhibition Center in Guangzhou. The event is expected to draw visitors from more than 30 countries and regions.
This year's edition will feature 63 exhibitors from China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Exhibitors include companies such as Joy Wing Mau, Reemoon, Riverking, Kun Peng Fruit, Zungly Agricultural Group, China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Nansha Area of Guangzhou, and Guangzhou Yongwei Changsheng. Latin America's presence is expanding, with exporters and trade groups such as PromPerú, Corpei, Palora, Jorcorp, and FLP Ecuador also confirmed.

The two-day content program is curated by Knowledge Partner Asiafruit China. Speakers include Yang Peng, product director of Joy Wing Mau Group; Zhou Zheng, partner of Baker McKenzie FenXun; Wu Weihua, deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau; Bernardo Muñoz, commercial counsellor of the Peruvian consulate in Shanghai; Ma Zengjun, president of the China Agricultural Wholesale Markets Association (CAWA); and Paul Peñaherrera, commercial counsellor at the consulate general of Ecuador in Guangzhou, among others.
The first edition of China Meet Up drew over 1,600 industry professionals, and this year's event is expected to attract an even more diverse international audience. Visitors are registered from more than 30 countries including Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and Vietnam.

A buyer program has been introduced for the 2025 edition. It offers access to tailored services designed to facilitate business matchmaking and networking. The pass includes two-day entry to China Meet Up, hotel accommodation for one night, and an invitation to the dinner reception on 8 September, which will host more than 400 fresh produce delegates and executives.
Tickets are nearly sold out for the China Study Tour and the AFL Fresh Produce Reemoon Golf Cup. The China Study Tour takes place on 6 September immediately after Asia Fruit Logistica and includes site visits to Sam's Club stores in Futian, Joy Wing Mau's headquarters in Shenzhen, and the Guangzhou Jiangnan market. The AFL Fresh Produce Reemoon Golf Cup 2025, held alongside the study tour and China Meet Up, is presented by Reemoon with support from sponsors Gold Anda, Zespri, Joy Wing Mau, and Kawana.
