Landgard eG at the Fruit Attraction:

"Spain remains a key production location for the German market"

From September 30 to October 2, 2025, Landgard will once again be represented at Fruit Attraction in Madrid – as a co-exhibitor at the German Pavilion of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.

"Spain remains a key production location for the German market. We see enormous potential here in the future," explains Oliver Daniel, Managing Director of Landgard Obst & Gemüse. "At Fruit Attraction, we will show how we, as a producer cooperative, closely link production and trade, organize supply chains efficiently, and promote sustainable partnerships. The trade fair offers us the perfect platform for exchange – we look forward to seeing many familiar and new faces at our stand!"

© Landgard eGOn around 45 square meters in Hall 8, Stand 8D18A, the producer cooperative will be showcasing everything it has to offer fruit and vegetable businesses.

"At this year's Fruit Attraction, we are placing a special focus on services. Landgard offers an impressive portfolio in this area, including daily logistics capacities throughout Germany via our subsidiary Fresh Logistics System, modern packing stations, quality controls, and repackaging directly on site, as well as personal contacts in Germany. This enables us to create direct access to the German food retail trade – efficiently, flexibly, transparently and close to our partners," says Dominique Noël, Managing Director of Landgard Süd Obst & Gemüse.

Locations in Valencia and Huelva
For the year-round procurement of Spanish products, Landgard relies on the strong presence of its national subsidiary, Landgard España, with locations in Valencia and Huelva. "In Valencia, our focus is on marketing the complete range of vegetables – from peppers, cucumbers, and zucchini to kohlrabi, iceberg lettuce, carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes. We are also specialists in stone fruit and citrus fruits," says Coni Garcia de la Cuadra Rubio, Managing Director of Landgard España. Huelva, on the other hand, concentrates on berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
